Project Overview

This project was required for a large residential development and EMC worked for Vintage Partners in conjunction with the City of Flagstaff. The project consisted of a sewer transmission line tying 2 existing phases that had been previously completed. The project consisted of both 18” and 21” sewer. Trench depths averaged approximately 12 feet deep in solid limestone. Approximal 2100 CY of rock was hammered on this project. Other project details include:

  • 1,230 Ft of 21” Sewer Main
  • 1,600 Ft of 18” Sewer Main
  • 13 SS Manholes
  • 2,500 CY’s of trench rock excavation
  • AC Removal & replacement; including mill & overlay
  • Work in a very congested industrial and residential area

Eagle Mountain was able to hit our deadlines and worked through very wet and snowy winter conditions.
