Due to the subsurface conditions being primarily solid limestone and a critical schedule date for new home construction to begin, EMC utilized a trencher for all underground utilities. In doing this the homebuilder was able to hit their target dates and begin home construction on time. Another example of how EMC extensive experience in Northern Arizona conditions can help our clients hit schedules as well as budgets.
