Eagle Mountain Construction has been managing and constructing projects for Northern Arizona Municipalities for last 26 years. From large projects to small emergency projects, EMC has the resources to get the job done. Knowledge of local and state codes ensures the work is done to the customers standards and within budget.
This project was completed by EMC for the City of Flagstaff under the 2010 bond project from 8/15/11 to 1/31/12. The project consisted of the installation of over 2,200 LF of 12” C-900 waterline, 1,050 LF of 8” DIP waterline, 350 LF of 8” DIP sewer, 20 new water meter/service connections, 6 fire hydrants, and 11 sewer service connections. Incidental to the utility construction was the removal and replacement of over 7315 square yards of asphalt, installation of 2,645 LF of curb and gutter, and the removal and replacement of 7,190 SF of new sidewalk including all required ADA compliant ramps and driveways. This Project was allowed a winter shutdown, due to paving occurring in the winter, and EMC was still able to complete the Project 1 month ahead of schedule, and within the COF budget.
