With a fleet of equipment from scrapers to rock trucks, EMC can move some earth. Our expertise in northern Arizona's rocky soil provides our clients with the assurance that their project will be completed on time, with no excuses. Many contractors who are unfamiliar in dealing with rock usually don't give it the respect it deserves, which often leads to delays and extra costs. EMC understands our subsurface conditions better than most, allowing us to provide clients with realistic and manageable schedules and budgets.
The most critical component to moving dirt efficiently is to have a clear picture of where the dirt is and where is it needs to go. EMC utilizes AGTEK Earthwork which allows us to generate 3D renderings of the proposed work site, and provides accurate quantity cut / fill reports, which in turn are used for budgeting and scheduling the work. In addition, it is invaluable for determining if a site balances, or needs a little value engineering to achieve that goal.
Demo of existing road, 20,000 CY of new Earthwork including cut/fill, 900 LF of New storm drain w/ headwalls and rip rap, plunge pools. 3400 LF of New reclaim and potable water lines, APS utilities. 3500 LF of New curb/gutter, 20,000 SF of new sidewalks and parkway grading landscaping w/ Keystone retaining walls, 5900 SY of new Asphalt Paving, striping and signage.
